Because ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, we follow a no-refund policy once a purchase is completed. However, we’re here to help if you encounter issues.
1. No Refunds After Purchase
All sales are final. Once you have received the ebook download link, we cannot issue a refund.
Please note that we do not offer refunds in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to personal technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or loss/damage of the device.
The service is delivered digitally and constitutes a non-tangible, irrevocable good, and is therefore not subject to cancellation or refund under standard consumer protection laws related to physical goods.
Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment. All delivered services are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed or read
Refunds for exceptional cases must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
